Analitica Consulting Group was formed to advise enterprises in the areas of strategy, operations, and marketing. Our offering includes the adaptation and localization of promotional and training materials, such as user manuals, articles, flyers, and social media postings for distribution in the Spanish, Portuguese, and English-speaking markets of the Americas. We specialize in video editing, subtitling, narration, and dubbing to Spanish, Portuguese, and English, as well as in converting content to formats compatible with most social media channels.

Humberto Florez
Humberto formed Analitica Consulting Group in 2013. Prior to becoming Analitica’s Managing Partner, Humberto was Latin America’s regional CEO for Damco, the logistics arm of the A.P.Moller-Maersk Group. During his 30-year career, Humberto has occupied senior executive positions with multinational transportation and logistics services providers, such as DHL Supply Chain, FedEx Logistics, Maersk SeaLand, and United States Lines, domiciled in Latin America, Asia, and North America.
As a supply chain management and logistics expert, Humberto specializes in organizational design, business performance assessment, process engineering, optimization modeling, and Monte Carlo simulation. He acts as adjunct faculty in several academic institutions, structuring and facilitating graduate and undergraduate courses on these disciplines.
Humberto holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a master’s degree in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering of Brazil and a doctoral degree in Transportation Planning and Engineering from New York University’s Polytechnic School of Engineering.
Paula Florez
Paula joined Analitica Consulting Group in 2019 as a Partner. She is responsible for the creative projects entrusted to Analitica. She brings to the company her experience in social media management, web development, desktop publishing, photography, and video production and edition. Paula graduated as Architect from Florida Atlantic University. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
